Epic rollertainment jobs12/8/2023 In regards to the comment about "No In and Out Privelages". If it was as simple as you stated above, I could save a ton of money! The DJ is not only responsible for playing music, they host games, contests, special skates, etc. The "experience" we talk about is not us "putting on a playlist" we have a DJ scheduled for every session. You stated that you had read our other reviews so I won't bore you by repeating the same things I have said to other customers about the reasoning behind this policy. The first is the fact that we charge everyone admission. I would like to address a few things with you in order to clear up any confusion. Thank you for taking the time to review our business, even if it was not a favorable review. My apologies for responding to your review so late. I guess it really isn't that bad if you are a teenager, and want to go skating with a couple friends and you don't mind eating pre-frozen stuff at a premium price. I don't know if I would recommend this place, and I think if somebody asked me I would just say blah. Their cocktails are wine based which are gross, but at least they had beer. Venus part about the snack bar was the skittles, and slushy. I would say I don't know why they don't let you bring food in, but we know it's to force you to buy their pre-frozen, freezer burnt tasting food. Also, the music selection was questionable in itself. I'm trying to figure out what experience that is because it's not that hard to press play on a playlist, try to get the kids to skate backwards and around, and their snack bar was subpar at best. Then I go to read the reviews of this place afterwards fyi having a price for a bystander admission is one of the biggest complaints The owner claims it's an experience OK. We went there a little while ago, and the only reason they got two stars was because my kids enjoyed rollerskating. Apparently they are too afraid you may be eating or drinking water in the parking lot it seems. Apparently you can't go in and out as an adult without having to pay admission multiple times according to them. I will absolutely come back here for another party.I will start this off by saying we have gone here twice, and I can't believe this place actually charges a bystander admission to sit there and watch your kids. This is a super minor thing and didn't detract from the party. So our boys were over playing in the arcade and missed the happy birthday announcement and the first half of the birthday boys requested song. We didn't know when they were going to play the birthday kids songs. The only critique I have it would be nice to give the parties a heads up for when the "birthday announcement" will be. And there is a small play area for little ones on the other side of the arcade. I have no complaints! There is also plenty of room in the private room for parents to hang out while the kids roll. And everything from set up to clean up was taken care of for us! Literally- just show up. the "party hero's" that were assigned to our party, Jill and Hannah, didn't miss a beat and treated the very small party with as much excitement and energy you would expect for a full house! Jill and Hannah were outstanding! The pizza was yummy. It includes up to 15 guests (though you can add more for a fixed price per head) only 3 kids came. Bills Lounge for our son's 11th birthday.
